I am currently working on a comprehensive mapping of oligonucleotide CDMO companies around the world, analyzing them from multiple perspectives, including:
1. Technical capabilities
2. GMP compliance level
3. Development phase (Pre-clinical / Clinical / Commercial),
4. Manufacturing scale
5. core technological strengths.

💡 The mission of OligoLink is not:
❌ to act as a “sales agent” for CDMO factories
but rather
⭕ to help global oligo research institutions and biotech companies find truly reliable, technically suitable, and quality-assured CDMO partners.

With my background in nucleic acid drug research (mRNA / ASO / siRNA), and hands-on CDMO project experience in AOC, POC, and GalNAc conjugation, I engage in technical discussions with CDMO companies from both the researcher’s perspective and the manufacturer’s perspective,
focusing on technical strengths, development challenges, scale-up feasibility, and quality management.
🔍 At OligoLink, I evaluate CDMO companies through the following key dimensions:
1️⃣ CDMOs with strong quality management systems and GMP compliance
2️⃣ CDMOs with proven experience in clinical and commercial-scale manufacturing
3️⃣ CDMOs with deep technical expertise and high reproducibility in Modified amidite/linker/ASO/siRNA/mRNA/Conjugation
4️⃣ CDMOs capable of delivering stable, scalable, and reliable manufacturing processes
In other words,
OligoLink is not about finding customers for factories,but about understanding each CDMO’s technical strengths, quality maturity, and project suitability, and identifying true value through technical dialogue and validation.
